Terms of Service
1. I have the right to decline any commission.
I will not draw extreme NSFW, extreme gore, complex mecha, or furry / anthro.
2. Unless otherwise discussed, the final piece is for personal, non-commercial use.
Reproductions or alterations of the final piece for monetary purposes such as, but not exclusive to, merchandise, NFTs, blockchain and/or crypto, AI work or AI data training or resale are NOT permitted. Violation of this will lead to a permanent blacklist for future pieces and loss of rights to artwork.
3. Payment is upfront via Paypal invoice or Ko-Fi, and refunds are permitted only by agreement.
4. Acknowledgement that the final product is digital.
The final product will be sent via email and no physical version of the product will be mailed.
Larger commissions may be shared through an online drive. In either scenario, it is the customer’s responsibility to download an offline copy for themselves to keep.
5. I, Lief, retain copyright of the final artwork.
I may continue to post and feature the final commission on social media, in portfolios, and other related forms of marketing and advertisement.
